As an Account-Project Manager, I was responsible for leading integrated digital projects across various brand components including reputation, social media strategy, design, and performance. My role included overseeing project management and ensuring customer success. Through this fusion of responsibilities, I gained a deep understanding of the project implementation process and used that knowledge to create a smooth, transparent, and efficient workflow system. This helped to make our products data-driven and human-centered for both the client and agency sides

As an Event Producer, I was responsible for the implementation of short-term offline activations and the development of long-term relationships with clients. My work included client communication, the preparation of creative, technical, and financial proposals, and the control of project implementation. I worked with global and local brands in various industries, including FMCG, sports, tech, food tech, media, automotive, and others.While working at We Are In Sports on a contract basis, I developed partnership proposals and implemented partnership integrations for the unique sports and music festival "New Star Camp" in the mountains, assisted in the technical implementation of the RedBull BC One 2018 event, and integrated the Puma brand into the RedBull Music Festival.My relationship with We Are In Sports continued on a freelance basis, where I developed creative solutions for branded sports events and festivals, including New Star Camp. During this collaboration, I also participated in the implementation of the Nike Creators Studio campaign for the Football World Cup 2018.
