As a graduate student in Project Management from Conestoga College and with a background in Civil Engineering, I bring a passion for the industry and a total of three years of experience in high-rise building and project coordination. I possess strong problem-solving skills, excel both individually and as part of a team, and am currently seeking an entry-level position to expand and share my knowledge in the field.I am a dedicated and detail-oriented individual who enjoys working, learning, and growing in the industry. With excellent written and verbal communication skills, I can effectively communicate with clients, carriers, stakeholders, and team members. My experience leading more than 8 individuals on construction sites and more than 25 individuals in coordinating operations for The Bay has prepared me for this role.In my previous roles as Operations Coordinator, I have successfully delivered deliverables within given timelines and coordinated with the director, managers, supervisors and teammates. My responsibilities included providing documentation, managing day-to-day activities, and communicating daily plans, risks, and solutions. I am proficient in WMS such as Manhattan Associates and Agile, which helps me manage supply chain, inventory, and channel operations. I have a decent command of Autodesk AutoCAD and MS Project and am an expert in MS Office.Looking ahead, I aim to acquire expertise and opt for PMP certification.
