I'm a Control and Automation Engineer with a Graduate degree in Industrial Automation. I was part of a team in charge of the development of the control routines for distributed control systems (DCS) and the design of the human-machine interface (HMI) of industrial process, using as a base documents the P & ID's and the control narratives. In the projects I participated in, we mainly used software tools for distributed control systems (DCS) of Foxboro: I/A Series. For the development of the control database, which was programmed using the functional block language (FBD), we used the I/A Series Configuration Component (IACC) or InFusion Enviroment Engineering (IEE) of Wonderware according to the version of software required. In the design of the human-machine interface (HMI) we used the design tool: FoxDraw and regarding t supervision and interaction with the process, the tool we used was: FoxView. Application areas included: Oil & Gas Industry, Chemical Industry, Food Industry, Pulp and Paper, among others. -
