I'm always looking to develop and share my skills to help people and companies achieve success in project management and app and system development. Since 2004, I've worked on some challenging projects in different sectors, which has allowed me to develop skills in several programming languages.Along the way, I've had the chance to collaborate with some big companies, like Itaú, through BRQ consultancy. There, I helped train people and develop large-scale solutions, working on systems for managers, ATMs, and customer service apps, using top technologies like C#, NodeJS, React, and MongoDB. I've led technical teams, helped develop the Itaú app for individuals and Bankline, and even taught courses to new team members at BRQ.In 2018, I became a partner at Fliper, a startup that consolidates investments for over 13 different institutions. I helped develop and launch new features in the app, using technologies like React Native, Flutter, NodeJS, and Go. Later, Fliper was acquired by XP Investimentos and became IM+, the official app of InfoMoney, where I worked as a PM, leading seven teams of developers, designers, CX, and POs, each focused on a different feature.Throughout my journey, I've led multifunctional teams and helped develop products that solve real problems for users. I always try to think agile and creatively, finding solutions that make a difference. I've helped create innovative products and services that have brought positive changes to the finance market.I'm a team player and always looking to learn and grow as a professional.
