Participates in taking strategic decisions by providing necessary information to the Board of the Bank in Information Technologies. Responsible for forming and fulfillment of IT costs (investments and current expenses) by organizing budgets development and fulfillment according to annual strategic goals and procedure of budget forming and fulfillment. Responsible for development and realization of Bank’s IT development strategy to satisfy Bank business needs according to defined strategic priorities within annual plan. Responsible for reliable operation of IT applications and infrastructure that supporting of all bank business processes by forming regulatory methodological basis in IT, organization of IT subdivisions working according to procedures of inner monitoring and accounting policy defined at the Bank.Shares responsibility with leaders of relevant Bank’s divisions for participation in optimization of Bank subdivisions’ operation work by identification of problems and development of suggestions for possible technical decisions and their implementations and integrates best practices to processes, procedures and policies.Responsible for IT subdivisions’ efficiency including forming of organizational structure concept and key subdivisions’ business processes according to the needs of inner clients on the basis of accepted procedures and policies.Responsible for realization of short-term and long-term IT projects including cooperation with outer contract organizations and suppliers.Responsible for establishment of favorable work environment and organization of IT personnel efficiency, forming sufficient number of qualified, motivated and loyal IT personnel to achieve results planned according to inner Bank’s procedures and standards.
