Participates in taking strategic decisions by providing necessary information to the Board of the Bank in Information Technologies. Responsible for forming and fulfillment of IT costs (investments and current expenses) by organizing budgets development and fulfillment according to annual strategic goals and procedure of budget forming and fulfillment. Responsible for development and realization of Bank’s IT development strategy to satisfy Bank business needs according to defined strategic priorities within annual plan.
