As a Housing Services Clerk at USF, I am responsible for assisting students and parents with concerns regarding on-campus housing and mail, in order to guarantee a welcoming and safe residential community. In addition, I always do my best to demonstrate exceptional customer service through in-person and phone interactions.

- Oversaw all external communications with 200+ contractors and residents to better understand their needs and demands- Consolidated data through Excel related to 6 neighboring cities to ensure a better understanding of planning and permits and adjust the Temple Terrace fee schedule to guarantee greater efficiency and profitability- Developed relationships, through effective communication, with contractors and constituents via phone, email, or in-person about planning code and resources

- Spearheaded an 8-year project to increase the number of women in high leadership and decision-making positions from 28% to 50% through mentoring and internal development- Gathered and analyzed data using Excel and internal surveys to better understand the company’s current scenario regarding gender inequality and the UN’s Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs)- Evaluated the company's score in Dow Jones Sustainability World Index and B3 Brazil ESG Index’s criteria to understand and implement the necessary improvements to achieve a better ranking

- Assist 50+ BRASA's regional chapters around the United States of America to ensure a functioning and productive network- Implement and use innovative solutions where the 100+ local chapters around the world fill out forms, instead of having weekly meetings, resulting in a 75% decrease of process time to gather data on project management- Collaborate with 8 consultants from all over the world to expand the chapters’ network by opening new regional associations throughout the country, specifically in the South and West regions

During a month I was able to volunteer at Rede Mulher Empreendedora, in São Paulo, Brazil, and I was able to collaborate with the Knowledge Management project, which had been a great challenge for the company. Through data analysis and research, I researched and filtered different tools used to collect and organize data related to projects and initiatives promoted by Rede Mulher Empreendedora.
