▪ Primary interface to Reagan Test Site (RTS) government evaluators and range customers in support of mission operations, planning and execution▪ Manage all aspects of the Test Operations group at both the Kwajalein and Huntsville sites▪ Develop and help oversee mission information security postures▪ Lead a distributed team of 16 Mission Technical Directors, Mission Planners, Operations Directors and support staff▪ Supervise range operations, including radar, telemetry, optics, and safety instrumentation, during all live mission test operations▪ Ensure all Performance Work Statement elements related to Program Support, Mission Planning, Test Execution and instrumentation availability are satisfactorily achieved▪ Act as Control Account Manager for mission customer accounts, develop estimates and monitor budgets▪ Assign mission staffing, provided resource management and conducted training and development of key resources ▪ Provide technical oversight and guidance to engineering projects▪ Oversee the daily operations, range scheduling and timely submittal of contract deliverables▪ Propose, document, execute, and track multiple Six Sigma Process Improvement Projects▪ Subject matter expert for mission operations in proposal efforts
