Pinnacle Gifting is a leading distributor and manufacturer of branded and customized products for corporate clients across various sectors. I joined the company in April 2022 as a Sales Operation Coordinator, and since then I have been promoted to brand manger and social media manager.In my current role, I handle multiple responsibilities, such as developing and managing content calendars for each platform, analyzing and reporting social media and online marketing campaign results, using digital and traditional methods to generate sales leads, collaborating with outside sales representatives and other departments to close sales, answering customers' questions, and coordinating with the suppliers, distributors, and customers to ensure timely and quality delivery of orders. I leverage my skills in communication, negotiation, presentation, and digital marketing to deliver customized solutions that meet the clients' needs and expectations. I have a Diploma in Elementary Teacher Training from Amity University and a Bachelor of Arts from Delhi University, where I studied English, Hindi, Economics, and Education. I am passionate about learning new skills and technologies, and I have completed multiple online courses and certifications in digital marketing, CRM, and e-commerce. My goal is to grow and excel in the sales and marketing domain, and contribute to the success and growth of Pinnacle Gifting.
