I started my career with a prominent IP boutique firm and have, since 2016, been practicing individually, working primarily with Trade Marks, Copyright, Design Prosecution and Litigation as well as consultancy in various Jurisdictions. I have been a Guest Speaker at the "Intellectual Property Rights for MSME", meet, organized by MSME, Government of Haryana, India and have also been a Guest Lecturer at the Indian Society of International Law, New Delhi, teaching the Post Graduate Diploma Course on Trademark Laws in the International Intellectual Property Laws perspective. I have graduated from NUS, Singapore with an LLM in Intellectual Property & Technology Laws and have found myself reinventing my career path several times in the last decade to keep up with the ever changing needs and requirements of the iP world. On a lighter side, my love for theatre began when I was part of the Indian Delegation at the Commonwealth Games Cultural Ceremony, in Manchester in 2001 and I believe that Intellectual Property is the most creative part of the legal field. I am interested in networking and would love to help anyone interested in exploring new avenues.
