I am a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) candidate in Industrial and Product Design at Humber College, expected to graduate in May 2025. I have a strong interest in creating innovative and user-friendly products that solve real-world problems. I am also the Acting Lead for Daily Operations at the Banana Republic Women’s Store at the Eaton Centre in Toronto, where I manage the store operations and lead the sales team.In my role as Acting Lead, I am responsible for ensuring the store meets and exceeds the sales goals, customer satisfaction, and operational standards. I work with a diverse and talented team of associates, providing them with coaching, feedback, and support. I also handle the inventory, merchandising, and visual presentation of the store. I have developed and demonstrated skills in team management, retail sales, and customer service, which I believe are valuable for any organization. I am motivated by the opportunity to learn new things, contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment, and create meaningful and lasting connections with customers and colleagues.
