• Issuing the parts for vehicle against its VIN Number with the help of the software tool called EPC (Electronic Parts catalogue)• Purchase Order creating, analyzing, Releasing the PO, Goods Receipt note (GRN), Generating report such as (Closing stock, sales registers, GRN registers Etc.), goods shipping, invoicing and tracking the parts with the help of software tool called SAP Net weaver 760 version Portal.• Checking for quality error and manufacturing defect once we receive the parts.• Sorting and arranging the parts with suitable named location.• Maintaining FIFO (First in First Out) of parts.• Counter Sale of Parts• Marinating the display of accessories with price tag• Parts claims for transit damage consignments.

And also with Finance audit department for de tagging of the newly arrived parts from the port.• Evaluate the case details and goods weights in the invoice before submitting the details to Dubai customs.• After invoicing attach the invoice with Dubai custom customer exit certificate and submit to the Logistic department for further documentation process
