CurrentMajor projects undertaken at FDR (more details available in the Projects section):- Currently leading a policy advocacy initiative on the pensions system in India, collaborating across cross-functional teams.- Developed a comprehensive and viable framework to ensure fiscal prudence. Had the opportunity to meet the Union Finance Minister Smt. Nirmala Sitharaman to discuss the proposals. - Co-authored a book presenting a comprehensive, effective, accessible and affordable healthcare model tailored to the specific needs of India. The model garnered interest from Niti Aayog, leading to a detailed presentation of the proposal to their team.- Contributed to a significant fact-finding report assessing the fulfillment of commitments outlined in the Andhra Pradesh Reorganisation Act, 2014. The report's findings influenced the Union's actions in 2023 in addressing key issues identified.- Successfully led and organised the inaugural Indian Democracy at Work (IDAW) conference. Facilitated speaker communication, participant registration, logistics, and session planning for the conference featuring over 60+ national and international speakers and engaging 400+ participants, stimulating dialogue on money power in politics and reforms needed.- Organised the second edition of the IDAW conference, showcasing adept coordination with cross-functional teams, partner engagement, and managing social media outreach.- Engaged in research and facilitated stakeholder engagement to evaluate learning outcomes at the school level.- Co-authored a discussion paper outlining a governance framework for cities with million-plus population in India, facilitating efficient and effective delivery in these areas.- Conducted webinars, and organised outreach events on pertinent public policy issues, providing an interactive platform for policy enthusiasts to engage in meaningful discussions.- Provided comprehensive training in policy research and analysis to students and policy enthusiasts.
