Responsible for a class of 50 students belonging to low income government school ‘Malwani Township’, Malad west, in guiding them in academics and provide the right exposure and opportunities that will help them grow into independent thinkers and believers. Achieved average grade level growth of 23% in english assessment, 0.5 years growth in reading comprehension and 1.3 level in english writing in just four months of teaching. Worked with the teachers to imbibe best practices in the classroom sharing teaching techniques and aids. Trained students for drama competition on ‘Baalak Utsav’ wherein they attained first position. Carried out workshops and learning sessions on adult and child health and nutrition for the parents and teachers.
