Victor S. Rivera leads the Business Development and Administrative efforts of Visional Technology. Prior to working with Visional, Victor worked as Chief Business Development Officer for the Puerto Rico Industrial Development Company (PRIDCO) and as Assistant Secretary for the Department of Economic Development and Commerce. Throughout his tenure at PRIDCO, Victor worked intensively in attracting companies to Puerto Rico and assisting local entrepreneurs in establishing their businesses.Victor has a diverse business background having worked with companies such as Deloitte, Oracle and Johnson and Johnson in finance, sales and consulting roles. He graduated from the University of Puerto Rico at Mayaguez with a Bachelor degree in Business Administration with concentrations in accounting and information systems. Later in his career, he earned an MBA from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University in Bloomington. He is a Certified Public Accountant in Puerto Rico.
