Direct and manage the R&D department with multiple domains: Hardware, Software, Mechanical, Radio Frequency, Quality, Technical Project Leaders... to develop new electronic products in GDL, promoting department services within the Business Unit. Ensuring the adequate progress of various projects as customer requirements, a positive contribution to economic value added of the location; maintain a sustained growth and development of the department from 15 engineers to 100.
