Current• Provide timely and professional support to customers via email, chat, and other communication channels.• Assist customers in navigating Ramp’s platform, resolving issues, and addressing inquiries related to cryptocurrency transactions.• Troubleshoot technical problems and collaborate with internal teams to ensure prompt resolution.Educate users on product features, services, and best practices for using the platform securely.• Handle sensitive customer data with discretion and comply with data protection regulations.• Monitor and report recurring customer feedback to the product and operations teams to drive continuous improvements.• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Ramp’s offerings, as well as the broader cryptocurrency and financial technology landscape.• Contribute to creating and updating help center articles and support documentation.• Build positive relationships with customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.• Uphold Ramp Network's mission to provide seamless access to cryptocurrency by delivering exceptional customer experiences.
