✅ For more than 3 years I worked as a Community Manager and IT Support (Helpdesk) for a FinTech company working in blockchain technology frameworks. I was in charge of moderation, marketing, testing the performance of dapps, conducting AMA sessions with many projects and also handling bots of social channels such as Telegram and Discord. I created articles and invented competitions to engage the community and expand it. One of my major roles has been to support the community in technical terms: identifying, reporting and resolving bugs.
