Lexorank* Improved observability of lexorank (global issue ordering system) by defining multiple SLOs & creating dashboards. These observability improvements helped team to take on multiple initiative to improve Lexorank reliability & performance. * Led an initiative to improve the lexorank performance from 91.7 to 99.7% by moving waiting time to application. This work required by performing local stress testing on 1500-2000 RPM & critically analysing the concurrent queries using the Jmeter tool.Bulk Operations* Contributed and led different initiatives for a duration of around 2 years to overhaul Bulk operations in Jira. This project reduced mean time to complete operation from 3 minutes to 5 seconds.

Jira boards and backlog (July 2020-March 2022)* Worked on different initiatives to improve performance of Jira boards and backlog by more than 50% at p90 across all customer cohorts.* Implemented prefetch mechanism to load boards & backlogs by changing implementation of internal frontend bundle loading tool "WRM" which improved TTI by 20% at P90 for customers.Jira Sprints (April 2022-Sept 2022)* Led the initiative to develop a highly optimised solution to fetch sprints in the scope of a project by leveraging the JQL and per request caches.

The responsibilty includes creating/recommending events and celebrities from all over the world for Alcheringa, bringing judges for different events from all over India and also conducting events and managing participation during Alcheringa.
