I am a Brazilian marketing professional, wife, neo-rural and mom to an amazing girl. I have 13+ years of experience in digital marketing and throughout my professional journey, I’ve been an entrepreneur, taken an important sabbatical and had the privilege of working with industry giants such as B2W/Americanas, L'Oréal, and Stanley Black&DeckerAt B2W/Americanas, I shaped my growth mindset and focused mainly on increasing the company's credit card database, improving LTV and digital products' performance.During my time at L'Oréal, I was one of the pioneering digital experts, helping shape the company's vision for digital. I had the opportunity to lead groundbreaking projects, like Dermaclub, the industry's first loyalty/CRM program. And then, as the first ever e-commerce manager, I designed and implemented the ecommerce plan from scratch, working closely with other teams to attract investment to the business.After a sabbatical and some time as an entrepreneur, I realigned my priorities. I now live in the countryside of SP with my family and work-life balance is very important to me.Currently, I'm working with another giant, Stanley Black&Decker, as my main client.
