Responsible for the creation, management and implementation of bespoke marketing and sales campaigns for a product portfolio of matched memory, matched HDDs, computer peripherals and assistive technology; supporting a mix of 30 vendors within a strong IT Reseller network. Often working in a customer facing environment with all levels of channel partners from Internal/External Sales to Category/Partner Management, Sales Directors, Product Associates and Vendors to liaise, train, motivate and engage in varying levels of the sales structure, in order to instigate and manage effective strategies to achieve ROI for business targets such as sales growth, product placement and end user engagement.Clear channel understanding of specific Reseller market focus areas, verticals and drivers during very cost conscious times have been crucial to devising sales and campaign strategies. Development and implementation of marketing strategies based on commercial decisions, such as vendor contributions, analysis of product sku purchasing trends, competitive pricing/propositions, and end user market drivers whilst adhering to budget constraints.

Originally recruited in 2001 to manage and segment the Groups database, which consisted of four regional vehicle dealerships and one subsidiary hire division, Promoted in 2002 to Group Marketing Manager to manage and promote each individual dealership as an independent business area. The role was exceptionally dynamic and required a very hands-on approach to drive the sales for commercial vehicles for both B2B and B2C markets. The effective management of an offline and online direct response marketing and advertising budget was key to the success of the foot and phone fall to the business.
