Learning and Development•Designing, both in-house and with expert third parties, a solution which includes a blended approach to learning such as sessions, webinars, phone cast and e-learning module completions. TTT on these solutions and delivery of training programs. Working with business heads and managers for TNI.•Responsible for the development of our training team.
