Learning and Development•Designing, both in-house and with expert third parties, a solution which includes a blended approach to learning such as sessions, webinars, phone cast and e-learning module completions. TTT on these solutions and delivery of training programs. Working with business heads and managers for TNI.•Responsible for the development of our training team. Plan drivers and rewards for the trainers and employees being trained.•Created dashboards leading to appropriate and strategic decisions for training needs and business productivity •Timely analysis & reporting of ‘Learning and Development’ division’s performance against historical, budgeted, forecasted and strategic planning results to facilitate decision-making toward the achievement of the employee development budget and strategic plan.•Monitor & evaluate key indicators to ensure that the company adheres to Industry and RBI regulations and procedures. Investigate and report to the Management any inconsistencies.•Respond to ad-hoc projects related to cost and training needs. Research and resolve Business Unit(s) inquiries for assigned functional areas.•Implementing special projects to improve process efficiency and performance projects as assigned by Management. Identify non-value added processes within the department and seek solutions. Program planning, related logistics and expense tracking. Forecasting and tracking the training budget.

•Team management and development- train team members, assist and drive them to meet team target & organizational goals. (Coach, mentor, motivate and supervise the team on assigned jobs.)•Customer Service, Quality & Centre Standards and Presentation- meeting and anticipating client needs to ensure customer satisfaction and by maintaining the centre as per specified organisational norms. •Tracking and advising the Global management on the status of the operational budgets and expenditures. Also presenting the month end ‘Profit & Loss’ statements to India & international financial heads.

•Liaise with HR head and Managing Director for recruitment of key personnel•Maintain employee records, handle queries on personnel issues, assist development of training program for new recruits•Lead development of management information systems, monitor its efficiency and suggest changes for sustained validity•Analyze organizational issues, recommend alternative solutions and study the impact of various decisions

•Manage all HR generalist realted job tasks such as screening to onboarding. Coordinate on HR issues of leave and pay for Mumbai office.•Handle accounting, budgeting and other financial records, time sheets, administer salaries, travel reimbursement and determine leave entitlements•Organize extensive travel arrangement for associates – both domestic and international along with visa H1B1 etc.
