My global perspective, shaped by experiences in India, Germany, and USA, and collaborations with teams across China, Mexico, and Venezuela, equips me with a unique ability to navigate and excel in diverse environments.Currently, I serve as a Sr. Manager at BASF (BASF is world leader in chemical manufacturing), where my team provide services to 67 BASF plants in North America. My role involves driving efficiency and innovation in capital and operational projects, leveraging cutting-edge technologies and strategic resource alignment. My proactive approach and dedication to continuous improvement have been recognized with the prestigious eLT award in 2023, underscoring my ability to make a significant impact.My career began in a small town in West India, where I learned resilience and determination. These early experiences instilled a strong work ethic that guided me through academic excellence and a career in engineering. Graduating with a 3.9 GPA in Mechanical Engineering in 2005, I started as a design engineer, where I made a notable impact by developing a sensor-based safety device that significantly reduced workplace accidents.At Linde (Linde is world’s largest industrial gas company), where I initially joined as a graduate engineer trainee in their engineering division, I gained invaluable experience working on global projects and honed my skills in engineering and project management. My passion for continuous learning led me to the USA, where I completed my Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering with a 4.0 GPA in 2012. I then returned to Linde in USA, achieving management awards for significant cost savings through process improvements.Transitioning to Hargrove Engineers (an EPC firm) in 2019 as a Piping Leader, I led a team of 10 engineers and drove organizational change by standardizing work processes across 16 offices, which enhanced collaboration and productivity. This role further developed my leadership capabilities and prepared me for my current position at BASF.I am currently pursuing an Executive MBA at Mays Business School, Texas A&M, to refine my strategic thinking, operations management, business analytics, and leadership skills.My career has been defined by a relentless pursuit of excellence and a commitment to continuous learning.
