- Developed and managed projects to drive improvements in safety, defect performance, yield, cost, and manufacturability. - Directed fabrication equipment preventative maintenance, management of troubleshooting activities, regular tool and process monitoring, and defect analysis/reduction. - Qualified three production tools. Set global company record for a full tool qualification. Developed procedure for more efficient chemical tank flushing resulting in further reduction on subsequent tool qualifications.
