CurrentRoles: Rapid Deployment Technical Lead - New Products / Product Owner - Mobile Apps / Project Coordinator – Product implementations• Manage the day-to-day operations of the Rapid Deployment department, developing and implementing effective policies and procedures.• Oversee releases, user approvals, and IT product modifications based on custom feature requests from financial institutions. • Utilize Octopus Deploy for streamlined deployment management and institute structured deployment practices. • Engage with clients to define and coordinate new feature requirements and third-party integrations. • Configure mobile banking apps using XML and JSON files for technical back-end processes. • Collaborate with the development team to build high-quality iOS and Android banking apps aligned with business objectives. • Write detailed specifications, manage the product backlog, and prioritize bug fixes to maintain product quality. • Foster relationships with internal stakeholders and coordinate with other Product Managers for cohesive app features. • Make critical day-to-day decisions to maintain alignment with project goals and timelines. • Work with Engineers and QA teams to ensure high-quality product delivery, incorporating feedback and continuous improvement. • Enhance technical documentation for deployment processes and integrations. • Train banking clients on mobile and online technology, tailoring communication for diverse technical understanding. • Monitor project statuses, ensuring adherence to deadlines and successful product launches.
