•Perform detailed reviews of drawings, designs, and design reports for critical process units, such as multi-storied SBR, IPS, UV and disk filter etc., and other non-process units such as Blower building, Admin building, Main Transformer room etc., for the 418 MLD WwTF Dharavi and 180 MLD WwTF Versova projects, ensuring compliance with tender specifications, engineering standards, and optimizing structural integrity and functionality.•Identify multiple clashes between mechanical components and structural members, anticipating potential hindrances during installation, operation, and maintenance, and proposed alternative solutions to optimize the design of structural members, ensuring smooth project execution and structural integrity.•Optimized the design and recommended changes, leading to significant savings of steel and concrete across all ongoing project units, demonstrating cost-effectiveness and resource efficiency in structural planning and execution.•Manage deliverables and coordinate between various stakeholders to ensure the timely completion of the project, facilitating effective communication and collaboration throughout the ongoing project lifecycle.

I oversaw the execution of the Jal Jeevan Mission Project and various departmental scheme works in five habitations, encompassing 20 villages. My role involved contributing to the design and analysis of structural projects, with a focus on high-rise buildings and water infrastructure. I utilized AutoCAD, ETABS, and STAAD Pro for modeling and analysis, optimizing structures for performance and cost-effectiveness. Conducting site visits, I collaborated with architects and contractors to ensure structural designs aligned with other project aspects, achieving an 85% satisfaction rate from stakeholders. Additionally, I provided technical support and guidance to construction personnel, resulting in a 100% compliance rate with design specifications.

As part of my role, I had the privilege of managing the ambitious Jal Jeevan Mission (JJM) Project, overseeing the successful execution of over 10 village sites in Kalaburagi, with a total estimated project cost of INR 20 Crores. This experience allowed me to hone my project management skills and contribute to the transformation of vital water supply infrastructure in the region.In addition, I spearheaded the execution of bitumen and CC pavement surface projects with a total estimated cost of INR 5 Crores, ensuring high-quality construction and adherence to project specifications.Moreover, I played an integral role in the preparation of project proposals and bids, which resulted in the acquisition of 5 new contracts. This not only expanded our project portfolio but also demonstrated my ability to contribute to business growth and development. Additionally, I excel in preparing detailed estimates and bills, recording measurements in the measurement book (MB), and reviewing the detailed project reports (DPR).
