Job Profile:-* Handled entire recruitment life cycle for Tata Motors Ltd PAN India.* Key Areas Includes- Power System Engineering Division & Supporting TA Managers for Pune, Jamshedpur, Lucknow, Pantnagar Locations , Commercial vehicle business unit, passenger vehicle business unit , corporate positions. * Understanding the requirement - interacting with the line managers to grasp the job description & their expectation about the candidate's previous experience.* Sourcing for CVs - through internal/external job portal, through employee referrals.* Screening, short listing and evaluating candidates. * Conducting telephonic interview - getting a clear picture of the candidate's current profile, salary details & explaining the job description. * Sharing profiles of suitable candidates with Department on the basis of job specifications.* Short listing candidates & arranging F2F/Telephonic/VC interviews.* Check the calendar of interviewer and block the available conference room for personal interview.* Prepare interview evaluation sheet, attach with hard copy of CV, and give it to interviewer.* Give candidates a brief about the company & Job Responsibilities.* Follow up with interviewer about the result of interviewed candidate s and convey the feedback to candidates.* Scheduling the Pre-Employment Medical test of Final Selected Candidates.* Generate and maintain a database to respond to future needs.* Complete all reimburse formalities for outstation candidates like filling up the form, take boarding pass or tickets, take signature of functional Head, HR Head.* Submitting the all required documents of selected candidates which include Resume, Salary slips, CTC breakup, Medical fitness certificate to the TA Manager for the further process.
