MAPP IIOT Platform MAPP IIoT Platform is an umbrella of Industry 4.0 products. This suit enables integrated solutions for performance monitoring, production planning, production control, quality assurance, and maintenance. Part of the core team who worked on the product suit since its inception. Worked closely with the PLC team to understand machine communication and domain experts to understand the user requirements bridging the gap between PLC engineers and IT solution. Starting from a alarms module, incrementally developed solutions for various pain points faced in manufacturing industry. The solutions are grouped into various modules like MAPP Eye (Performance Monitoring), MAPP Zen (Quality control), MAPP ADEPT(Production Planning), MAPP Vita (Maintenance), MAPP Trail (Tracking).Tailor made solutions for shop floorProvided tailored solutions for various other customers for performance monitoring, production control, scheduling and tracking, shot count management and many others.

1. Worked on AS/400 (iSeries) and GeneXus projects. Conducted training on GeneXus and AS/400.2. Worked as Technical Analyst on small to medium change requests and large scale enhancements in ERP known as RentalMan on AS/400 for Wynne Systems(USA). 3. Worked on design and implementation of four web applications developed for STTX(USA) using 4GL tool called GeneXus and special workflow tool GxFlow.

Worked on projects involving AS/400, J2EE, Websphere. Designed and conducted training. Published papers and presented seminar at Sharenet.Project 1: JPMC - COSMOS Cosmos is the primary order and trade management system for the JP Morgan Investment Bank having major modules on AS/400. Worked as offshore technical and project lead. In the initial phases, trained the team on AS/400 basics. Responsible for allocating tasks, preparing design documents, reviews and communicating with client.Project 2: HERTZ - ETRIEVEEtrieve is web application designed for Hertz Equipment Rental customers. It connects to the AS/400 using IBM toolbox for java (JTOpen) and retrieves data from the RentalMan application (DB2/400 database). Worked on expanding scope of application by adding advanced features like using the business logic from legacy application directly, creating dynamic reports, advanced database features like stored procedures and perform online equipment release and return. Received customer appreciation for smartly removing technical limitations of open systems connectivity to AS/400 system while migrating application from Tomcat to WAS 5.0.Project 3: HERTZ – RentalManRentalMan is AS/400 application used by Hertz to manage their 'Equipment Rentals' business. Worked with the offshore team which handled medium to major enhancement requests. Apart from projects, 1. Designed and conducted specialized training sessions ‘Accessing AS/400 using Java’. 2. Published paper on ‘Using IBM Toolbox for Java in AS/400’ IBM worldwide documents forum known as IBM Asset Web. 3. Presented a seminar on ‘iSeries Access for Web’ during IBM India AS/400 Sharenet. 4. Prepared and published PoC on topic ‘Distributed applications accessing DB2 for z/OS’.

Worked as AS/400 Developer on small to large scale change requests in the banking ERP known as ICBS owned by Fiserv(USA). Traveled to Indonesia at the customer location for requirements gathering. Was involved in discussions with bankers for requirement understanding, preparation of functional specification and detailed technical design document.
