Planning, rollout and execution of Global Learning offers at Merck IndiaImplementation of globally aligned learning catalogue for individuals, managers and teams. - Training Need Analysis with key stakeholders from Business - Budget planning - Planning of training calendar with learning offers - Vendor briefing, selection and planning - Define framework and rollout local training process based on global learning offers & regional / local applications - Manage end to end training administration and logistics (including post-training questionnaire, training material, forms etc.) - Monitor the quality of training implementation - Evaluate training effectiveness and follow up actions - Provide post training report to HRBPs and key stakeholders from business - Communicate upcoming training programs and initiatives to stakeholders 2.
