QMS (Quality Management System) Implementation • Handling System Implementation & Audit responsibility (ISO 9001:2015) for Global Content Operations covering 75 work streams & workforce of approximately 4000 resources. • Successfully executed transition of ISO 9001:2008 to ISO 9001:2015 within set time limits & budgetary parameters. • Planning/ conducting internal/external audits remotely/onsite across various location which include India & Global locations- Netherland, Chicago & Mexico. • Developing Risk Management System for global as well as project specific alignment & ensuring day to day tracking of risks identified by means of QCP (Quality Control Plan). • Creating & reviewing documentation in terms of SOP/Work Instructions & visual representation of high level process flow (MS VISIO). • Communicating, Tracking and Closing on Non-conformities and Opportunity for Improvements for Process Audit and Internal Audit & Governance (External) • Catering to customer audits right from inception, planning & execution, across globe- specifically automotive clients like BMW, Mercedes & Audi. • Monitoring supplier functions/audits & health of outsourced process by means of process audits/Walkthrough/Gemba globally spread across 3 locations

• Handling System Implementation & Audit responsibility (ISO 9001:2008 & FSSC 22000, KORE - Coca Cola Operating Requirements, etc.) • Planning/ conducting internal/external audits across various plants and ensuring that appropriate controls are in place • Communicating, tracking & closing Non-Conformities found during KORE & Systems Audits • Conducting Quality Problem Solving Techniques Like Failure Mode Analysis (FMEA), Root Cause Analysis, 4M Methodology, 10 Step Methodology, Fish Bone Analysis. • Coordinating multiple audit projects, including issue identification and execution of corrective action plans in accordance with regulatory and departmental guidelines for Food Safety Standards of India (FSSAI), Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS). • Documenting audit results in an effective and organized manner consistent with established department standards; preparing audit reports and memorandums to concisely communicate audit results • Imparting training to employees as per sensory requirements by Coca-Cola from all levels for KORE (Coca Cola Operating Requirements), FSMS (Food Safety Management System), ISO & FSSAI requirements • Conducting root cause analysis, CAPA in the workforce. • Coordinating with external labs for carrying out analysis of products as per FSSAI, BIS & KORE requirements. • Conducts Backward and forward Traceability for the products for the entire plant • Responsible for Calibration of Equipment’s for the entire Plant. • Conducting root cause analysis, CAPA in the workforce • Guiding staff, monitoring the performance of team members to ensure efficiency in process operations and meeting the production targets • Developing various innovative solutions to avoid repetitive failure & other problems that adversely affect production operations including capacity, quality, cost & regulatory compliance issues • Responsible for completing CII Food Safety Award requirements
