➢ Management of staff in local office and team in west coast.➢ Reconciled ~$1.8 million in backlog of accounts receivable➢ In charge of month end closing, uploading journal entries to Oracle and ensure completeness of balance sheet, general ledger analysis and reconciliation of accounts.➢ Setup concise accruals on monthly basis according to forecast➢ Other duties: monitoring accounts payable, following on rebate and broker payments➢ Work with the external auditors in the completion of year end audit

➢ Responsible and management of 7 staff members.➢ Required to close month end and year end books within a short period of time.➢ Transmitting financial statement to factory making sure all entries are in balance.➢ Preparing gross profit analysis report showing latest forecast of sales on cars between new/used, as well as predicated forecast for the month. Clearly indicating the profit/loss made on the deals.➢ Responsible for providing accurate cash flow report to determine if all expenditures are covered, in order for the business to operate effectively.➢ Bank reconciliation on daily basis (Citibank, Wachovia) making sure that the general ledger is in balance with the bank statement also help to determine the financial position.➢ Inventory reconciliation➢ Responsible for dealer finance reserve and dealer rebates, service warranty on monthly basis making sure funding is received on contracts and making sure statements agrees with GL. Follow up if necessary.➢ Responsible for all month end commissions paid out to all departments.➢ Reviewing financial statement on monthly basis and creating monthly financial reports.➢ Observe staff’s procedures and schedule to ensure training issues are being addressed promptly - provided guidance and training when needed
