• Currently working on Vendor DD of an ophthalmic medical device and IOL manufacturer (T/o INR 5 Bn). • Involved in the Vendor Due Diligence of one of India’s largest electric 2W manufacturer (T/o ~INR 4 billion) , as part of Series E fund-raise, and an IT company (and its global subsidiaries (Consolidated T/o INR 4.2+ billion)• Involved in the buyside (corporate) FDD of a specialty chemicals manufacturer (T/o USD 500+ million) based out of Singapore. • Worked on PE-initiated FDDs of various targets including a sports technology company, an under-construction greenfield airport (in South India), a tech startup based out of the US, oxygen manufacturing plant, Solar PV EPC etc.

• Provided Audit Support Services to Global Deloitte Group Entities as part of SSC (Shared Service Centre) Audit of one of the World's Largest Technology MNC and a Shipping Company. • Involved in the Statutory Audit (involving ICoFR) of various Manufacturing Companies incluing companies involed in Mining and Construction Equipment (T/o INR 20+ Billion) , Retail Women’s Apparel (T/o INR 3+ Billion) and aided in the implementation of IndAS (First-time Adoption) and review of IndAS Financial Statements. • Involved in the Statutory Audit of various other companies involved in Healthcare solutions, Specialty chemicals, Equipment manufacturing, Automotive component manufacturing.• Part of the Deloitte Captive Advisory Team, and helped develop Deloitte Audit Management Support (DAMS) tools as part of the team.
