As a design engineer at Steerprop, I was working with the mechanical design of Steerprop's azimuth thrusters. My responsibilities included strength calculations, classification and sales support of our thrusters.

After my masters thesis with Chalmers and Volvo GTT, I worked as a consultant at Volvo GTT's chassis department. I worked with tires and vehicle simulations, mainly developing different simulation models and test methods. In my work I used Matlab, Simulink and OpenModelica daily.

Roll Dynamics and Tyre Relaxation in Heavy Combination Vehicle Models for Transient Lateral Manoeuvres.My thesis work consisted of updating and developing OpenPBS simulation tool, that is used to evaluate performance based standards and simulate HCT vehicles. In my work I implemented roll dynamics and tyre relaxation to the existing OpenPBS simulation.

I worked as a project engineer in one of the leading material handling system providers in the world.During the time at Raumaster I designed material handling systems, for example feeding screws and rotary feedersI worked mainly with AutoCad. I got experience also from LEAN and M-files -programs.

I fulfilled my mandatory military service as a research assistant in Finnish Defence Research Agency. Most of my work consisted of data acquisition and using that data to compare data acquisition targets to one another. I used Analytical Hierarchy Process as a mean to compare those targets.In my work I used MATLAB and Excel daily.
