Currently overseeing over 300 indexers across different clusters, handling an environment with a combined ingestion rate of over 50TB per day and an average of 2 million+ searches daily.In my role as a product owner and architect for SOAR, I am responsible for writing processes and best practices, enabling efficient usage and streamlining incident resolution, also automating the governance with self-healthcheck playbooks, ensuring optimal data retention and monitoring error/failure health scores. I manage a three-environment pair, overseeing 650+ playbooks and around 30k actions per day. I collaborate closely with users, reviewing their use cases and providing reusable custom functions to enable targeted automations for enhanced tracking and control within their playbooks.As a Splunk architect, I focus on designing, driving, and implementing automation initiatives to reduce repetitive tasks, simplify onboarding and access requests, and facilitate external integrations.
