Implemented and managed state-wide 211 Covid Vaccine Navigators Hotline, including training and daily supervision of 75 temp agents, as well as daily reporting to State of Iowa departments. Coordinated weekly Book Buddy reading program for nearly 200 volunteers and ten preschool classrooms. Oversaw Graduation Walk as Project Manager in partnership with Des Moines Public Schools. Collaborated with corporate partners to engage volunteers in a variety of initiatives, including Stuff the Bus, Totes for Teachers, Backpack Builders and virtual Homework Helpers.

Tracked and monitored monthly rental payments for over 75 rental homes. Maintained website with new home listings and rentals. Corresponded with subcontractors regarding job schedules, invoice payments, and customer concerns.
