As a Co-Founder and Tech Lead in the early days of CleverPumpkin (2011-2012):• Worked on technical specifications for our clients and communicated with clients throughout the development process;• Recruited, interviewed, and hired developers;• Supervised the work of 4 office team members and a few freelancers;• Developed iOS apps using Objective-C.Examples of developed apps back then: ‣ Sports.ru (sports news, scores);‣ Corporate app for internal document management;‣ Aviasales (travel search).After the first few successful releases of the Aviasales app, our whole team was offered to work in-house, and we agreed. Despite this, CleverPumpkin, as a mobile development agency, continued working with a new team. I remain the co-owner and a Board member.In recent times (2019 - current), I also worked on the updates for the Moneon app — a personal finance tracker made by CleverPumpkin. It utilizes both Objective-C and Swift, CoreData as its main stack.

I developed an Educational App from scratch as part of a team. We used Swift and MVVM alongside Combine and UIKit (SnapKit). GraphQL was used for client-server interaction. I've worked with different aspects of the app, for example:• custom animations, including custom navigation transition animations;• backend DB interaction via Apollo GraphQL (including filtering, sorting, type casting, mutations);• registration/authentication forms with custom text fields and input validation.

As a Head of the Mobile department, I was responsible for strategic planning of our apps evolution, communication with service providers and partners, worked closely with analytics and marketing to maximize the efficiency of our mobile marketing channels.

As a Technical Team Lead of the Mobile department, I supervised the development of iOS and Android mobile apps for a travel search service. At first, it was only a flight meta-search, with the possibility to filter and sort results and book a ticket (via web view). Later the application acquired more features such as: • favorite tickets and subscription for a price drop; • price map and price calendar;• hotels search; • direct booking inside the app; • documents storage and autocomplete when filling out forms.Aside from directly writing code (Objective-C and Swift) to implement those and other features, unit testing the crucial parts of the app, and code reviewing my teammates, I was responsible for: • technical interviews and performance reviews with developers and QA engineers; • cooperation with backend developers, designers, and mobile developers to work out the best approach to feature implementation; • CI and CD setup (TeamCity, Fastlane);
