Job Profile: Provincial Warehouse In-charge• Extracting daily reports from the ERP system (SAP MM module) and analyzing the reports using Microsoft Excel to monitor the daily warehouse performance.• Resolving B2B customer issues on Shortages, mismatches, damages and Time in Transit (TIT) and adjusting the same in SAP-MM.• Provide Inputs to the Regional Logistics Manager on the Transporters/WSP performance.• Monitor the Truck Utilization using ERP to optimize the secondary Freight.• Monitoring Transporters Performance and Load drops and taking corrective actions.• Ensure the Inventory Accuracy at the Warehouse and ensure that the same is monitored and necessary amendments are done in SAP-MM daily.• Ensure that the Warehouses comply with all the Statutory Norms in consultation with the Finance team.• Ensuring compliance with the Operational Guidelines on Warehousing (Stacking Norms/Hygiene).• Monitoring of SLOB (Slow Moving and Obsolete stocks) and escalating to the marketing Teams to liquidate inventory.• Monitoring the warehouse KPIs and ensuring that they deliver on the expectations as per service level agreement (OTIF, Fill rates, IRA, Compliances etc.) by providing necessary training.• Coordinating with the Insurance/Branch to get the necessary approvals for destroying the damaged material and ensuring the destruction of damaged material well in time as per the approvals.
