Drive continuous process improvement initiatives aimed at cost reduction and productivity enhancement.Financial Oversight: Conduct comprehensive financial analyses and manage operational and capital expenditure budgets, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives. Monitor financial performance, identify variances, and adjust project constraints as necessary to meet budgetary goals.Compliance & Safety: Ensure full compliance with Medsafe/TGA and MPI/RMP regulations, fostering a strong health and safety culture throughout the organization. Collaborate closely with the Health and Safety Officer to mitigate risks and enhance workplace safety practices.Collaboration & Communication: Maintain effective communication with team members and senior leaders, generating regular reports on budgets, contracts, and maintenance activities to inform decision-making.
