Vicki joined Kinetic IT in 2015, initially serving as a Project Office Coordinator & Project Administrator. She transitioned briefly into the role of Process & Information Analyst before assuming her current position as a Resource Planner.Vicki commenced her career in the IT industry in 2005 as a Customer Service Consultant. Demonstrating her versatility, she has successfully navigated through a diverse variety of roles, including Security Officer, Project Administrator, Change Administrator, and Mainframe Security Administrator. Vicki has experience in both technical and non-technical domains, but is recognised for her ability to bring order to chaos, and excels in positions that are process-driven. Vicki has worked in multiple new roles with no established procedures, she has consistently demonstrated her capability to design and implement processes that standardize and simplify operations, all while adhering to compliance requirements and providing valuable reporting insights. She is committed to continuous improvement, constantly changing and evolving the process around to improve and streamline them.
