My major roles at KPMG Belgium are:- For corporate companies I develop tailor-made actuarial solutions ranging from pension plan design to funding requirements and cost calculation. - For public sector entities I provide advice on specific pension matters (pension provisions, pension contributions to ONSSAPL,...) to help them to better manage the cost of future pensions.- For current KPMG Audit clients I participate in the audit of Pension Funds (evaluate technical provisions and funding methods). I also conduct both IAS19R and FAS87 reviews in a wide range of sectors.- In our team, I am responsible for the coaching of junior members. I help them to develop technical skills related to employee benefits (accounting, market knowledge) and to grow in our company.
