Managing ERP implementation projects at different clients and businesses.

Taking part in various pre-sales activities by promoting Endavacapabilities in different industry sectors (mostly to companies inthe Middle east region during the last two years)• Working hand-in-hand with the sales team for building a realisticpipeline of new client opportunities• Taking part in bidding procedures by analyzing new prospects’requirements (Request For Proposal (RFP) documentation).• Shape the bid team, based on desired tech stack and strategicalclients’ business goals.• Coordinate submitting an official Endava response to RFPs (incl.technical and commercial parameters).• Align with the Legal dept. all contract details.• Plan and schedule the delivery approach and methodology,depending on clients’ corporate environments.• Overall responsibility for the work delivered to the client(s)• Ensuring continuous delivery throughout the contract duration• Monitor the budget and make sure that all costs are built as perthe official agreement with the customer.• Responsible that the product or service is delivered according tothe best practices and by following the clients’ needs.• Representing the company and facing the client each time a certainneed is raised or discussed.• Planning the work of the agile team(s) with different scale,depending on the project

Managing projects in scaled Agile environment.• Responsible for efficient work of 6 cross functional scrum teams.• Coordinating identified dependencies and business priorities with asecond development stream consisting of another 5 scrum teams.• Design and implement SDLC by following the best practices.• Ensuring all teams are well shaped and proper resources arestaffed for delivering a “state of the art” software.• Monitoring costs, timescales and resources used, and takingrespective actions where these deviate from agreed tolerances.

Lead the preparation and execution of company's Business Process Management (BPM) projects.

1. Manage and organize the core activities in Business Process Reengineering sector: - Devide and assign tasks between subordinates - Define KPIs for measuring the overall performance in BPR sector - Ensure qualitative execution of the defined tasks within the agreed time frames - Organize professional development of the sector members 2. Lead and control Process Optimisation Activities, such as: - Initial process design (if originally not existing) - Optimisation of existing processes by: a. As-Is Processes mapping b. To-Be process optimization proposal c. Define change management activities d. Evaluation of customer satisfaction (pre and post)- Change Management implementation monitoring - Constantly improve the efficiency of the business processes by aiming increase in Productivity as well as Operational and Financial benefits.3. Prepare proposal for automation: - Manage the creation of “Business requirements” documentation - Coordinate the technical implementation by controlling if process logic is kept as designed - Verify if new software developments are not in contradiction with the established process logic - Plan and participate in end user trainings4. Manage Ad-Hoc tasks: - Develop reports for continuous monitoring of process efficiency

- Manage the Retail IT project portfolio for OMV & Petrom - Coordinate and define the Retail IT strategy for OMV & Petrom - Responsible for Retail IT cost tracking in OMV & Petrom - Ensure the integration, alignment and development of the business processes in OMV & Petrom based on R&M standards - Coordinate further IT projects and application development, SAP and other - Ensure that the quality standards in IT Projects management area are respected

IT costs budgeting and control; Process improvement; Project management- Ensure proper functioning of the business processes - Optimise the existing processes and initiate new ones - Support financial and business reporting activities- Manage and control IT projects locally- Responsible for utilising the IT budget according the plan2. SAP ERP process maintenance and support:- Assure continuous and normal functioning of the main reporting system (SAP R/3)- verifying quality and completeness of the data reported in the system- Consultancy training and support to SAP users 3. Business process optimisation:- Coordinate the OMV BG demands for projects, leading to optimising of business processes and users' efficiency- Involvemed in IT processes as well as suggestion for optimisation and cost effective solutions. - In-depth investigation and analysis of new technology.

Budgeting; Reporting and Financial analyses- Responsible for preparing the full package of monthly Financial reports (Sales & Margins, Profit & Loss) for the Group Head Quarter- Analysis for Actual vs. Budget deviations- Prepare and analyse sales reports for the operative departments - Prepare other ad-hoc reports
