- Co-founded and Co-lead the FS-ISAC Fusion Council with BMO colleagues and CIBC to coordinate organizations with current and/or future fusion centre functions to help share information, intelligence and lessons learned with operating a fusion centre.- Work with Financial Crimes Unit (FCU) External Outreach group to identify opportunities to expand the FCU footprint in the U.S. positioning the FCU as a thought leader and a change agent within the financial services sector. - Serve as BMO's representative with the FSSCC Policy Working Group. - Manages the Fusion Centre (FC) during BAU and crisis events. The BMO FC is a physical and virtual location which brings together BMO's security-related teams (Cybersecurity, Enterprise Fraud, Physical Security, and Global Crisis and Continuity Management) with expert-level representatives from the lines of business and corporate support areas to create fully integrated security capabilities. Vladimir served as a Senior Consultant within the advisory practice of PricewaterhouseCoopers Advisory Services LLC.
