I am currently the Operations Manager at MAC Logistic, a provider of integrated supply chain solutions. In this role, I oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of all operational activities, ensuring quality, compliance, and customer satisfaction. I leverage my skills in agile leadership, OKR methodology, and Power BI to align the operational goals with the business strategy, monitor and analyze the performance indicators, and identify and implement improvement opportunities. I also work closely with the sales, finance, and IT teams to coordinate and support the business development and innovation initiatives. Previously, I was the Customer Service Manager and the Americas Tradelane & Inside Sales Coordinator at DSV, a global transport and logistics company, where I managed the customer service team (+15 members), developed and maintained relationships with key clients and partners, and contributed to the growth and profitability of the Americas trade lane. I hold an MBA in Business Strategy and Technologies from FIAP, and a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from Universidade Metodista de São Paulo.
