I am currently the Operations Manager at MAC Logistic, a provider of integrated supply chain solutions. In this role, I oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of all operational activities, ensuring quality, compliance, and customer satisfaction. I leverage my skills in agile leadership, OKR methodology, and Power BI to align the operational goals with the business strategy, monitor and analyze the performance indicators, and identify and implement improvement opportunities. I hold an MBA in Business Strategy and Technologies from FIAP, and a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from Universidade Metodista de São Paulo.
