Front Office intern in a 800-room property in Kensington, requiring working under pressure in a busy operation and showing high levels of independence.This internship was a part of a compulsory phase after my first year at Hotelschool The Hague. During the 6 months I spent there , I explored different aspects of the Front of House department such as working with Opera PMS, night auditing, handling VIP guests and multicultural groups, dealing with challenging situations and taking initiative in emergency incidents .
