I enjoy building Products & Services for internet-scale in a fast paced environment. I have been fortunate to be part of many challenging endeavors in both enterprise and consumer space.As the Engineering Lead at Bluefin, I am responsible for exceeding customers expectation by delivering results, cost effectively. My responsibilities include building and managing Engineering teams along-with collaborating with other stakeholders (Business & Product). Delivering a scalable back-end environment for IOT projects (Link Collar / Fluent) are some of the accomplishments here. We have also helped some Non Profit's re-build their crowdfunding app and launch an international cloud bookstore. I am also responsible for Technical pre-sales activities.I have also worked as a Consulting CTO for various startups, being responsible for the whole gamut of Engineering Team / Product / services build out & delivery.I have been associated with startups most of my career and have led engineering teams through successful exits & technical diligence processes. Agility has been engrained in what I do. My guiding principles are to adapt the process based on situation (Team makeup / Business drivers etc.) I have been leading distributed engineering teams in delivering high quality products for many years now.
