The Treasurer is responsible for communicating the corporation’s finances to the Board. As an Appointed Officer, my responsibilities include signing authority, ensuring compliance and reasonability of financial matters, as well as ensuring communication between the EIC, Business Manager & Bookkeeper in order to review cash flow records and financial statements accuracy, and also to offer advice to the EIC & Board of Directors on financial Matters.
