The Director of Youth, Young Adult, and Campus Ministry is to assist with the vision and mission in each of the respective areas of Youth (6th-12th Grade), Young Adult (18-30 years old), and Campus Ministry as directed by the Bishop and implemented by the Department Director of Evangelization and Catechesis. The Director assists and supports all coordinators of youth ministry, campus ministers, and leaders within young adult ministry as needed. The Director oversees all events, activities, trainings, and resources related to the respective areas of youth, young adult, and campus ministry for evangelization and catechesis to bring souls closer to Jesus Christ. This position collaborates closely with the other offices within the department of Evangelization and Catechesis (Hispanic Ministry, Respect Life, Faith Formation, Marriage and Family, Catechetical Institutes).

The Associate Director of Youth, Young Adult, and Campus Ministry works under the direct guidance of the Director of Youth, Young Adult, and Campus Ministry to promote the Diocesan Vision for Catechesis and Evangelization among parish Coordinators of Youth Ministry. The Associate Director acts as an advocate and support for parish youth ministers in the diocese and maintains a Trinitarian and Christocentric approach to catechetical ministry. The associate also assists the Director of Youth, Young Adult and Campus Ministry in the areas of Young Adult & Campus Ministries.

The Parish Director of Youth Ministry provides primary leadership for the design and implementation of parish ministry to its youth.This typically includes:Managing the parish Youth Ministry office & personnel.Recruitment and training of Youth Ministry volunteers.Plan, develop and implement a schedule of faith formation programs.Plan parish retreats and events for the youth in order to foster fellowshipCoordinating the youth Confirmation program.Participating in diocesan events and retreats, especially summer events.Effective communication with parents for support and consent to participate in various activities on and off site.Collaborates with the Director of Religious Education as needed to fulfill job responsibilities.

Assist the Parish Director of Youth Ministry in day to day responsibilities.

Manage customer accounts with combined sales exceeding $2M annuallyPrepare project quotations based on Bill of Materials (BOM). Awarded 2 BOM quotations in excess of $200K each in 2013.Procure special ordered materials for customers using appropriate vendors and logistics.Inventory management through examination of pulled account orders.Participate in LEAN for the Service Industry
