It amazes me how much I learn with each new venture taken into a different aspect of the A&D world. I love helping designers find the best solutions for their clients that the designers will love as well. Though restrooms usually have a small portion of a budget, they have the greatest impression impact outside of the lobby. Restrooms affect how users view the whole building; well maintained restrooms results in repeat customers, higher rates of tenant renewals and greater revenue. Each line is designed to stand the test of time. It’s possibly to have durability and design together. My experience of designing for hospitality in Las Vegas taught me invaluable lessons from designing to project management. Having been a designer, fuels my passion to see the integrity of designer’s visions maintained while staying within the budgetary restraints of each project.
