𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:► Improved 2 critical moderator services - one that grouped similar items and another that helped identify and block fraudulent accounts. Led the development of a brand-new service within just 6 months.► Audited existing Machine Learning models and suggested ways to make them better. This involved bringing in new data sources to help detect fraud more effectively.► Managed 2 talented teams: a) with 9 members, including team leads, developers, designers, and researchers, b) with 6 members, was focused on Data Science, with a team lead, analysts, and data scientists.► Worked closely with colleagues from different departments, building strong partnerships and ensuring the availability of necessary data for Machine Learning models.► Took the lead in developing a "Feature Store" platform, making it easier for Machine Learning models to access the needed data.► Created a system for reporting and dashboards to keep track of the data quality used in Machine Learning models.► Crafted a roadmap for the Fraud Prevention platform and established clear objectives and key results (OKR) to guide efforts.
