Google Play Market app rating from 2 stars to 4.5 stars - Service "Smart Tips" earned EFMA DMI 2017 Year award in Big Data, Analytics and AI. The service was developed into "Stories" then that became the key sales mart in the app. CTRs raised ~5 times due to personalized approach- Created the prototype of the Messenger by Sberbank app. Messenger was selected for Finovate May'16 San Jose event. Messenger by Sberbank pivoted to Dialogs in Sberbank Online. The service is one of 5 digital services that won the award Global Finance Most Innovative Financial Institutions in Central & Eastern Europe (Part of The Innovators 2019) for Sberbank. We started working in agile from 2013.
