Troubleshoot and resolve problems related to ALM tools, configurations, integrations, and workflows. Escalate complex issues to higher-level support or development teams, as necessary.• Issue Resolution and Documentation: Investigate and analyze clients' reported issues, identify root causes, and propose solutions or workarounds. Document troubleshooting steps, issue resolutions, and best practices in knowledge base articles or support documentation. Continuously update and maintain the knowledge base to ensure accurate and up-to-date information is available to clients and internal teams.• Configuration and Customization: Assist clients in configuring and customizing ALM tools to align with their specific requirements and processes. Provide guidance on workflows, fields, permissions, and integrations to optimize their ALM environment. Collaborate with clients' development teams to implement customizations or enhancements as needed.• Training and Onboarding: Conduct training sessions and workshops to educate clients on ALM tool functionalities, features, and best practices. Facilitate onboarding sessions for new users and teams, ensuring they have a solid understanding of the ALM tools and how to leverage them effectively.• Continuous Improvement: Proactively identify opportunities for improving clients' ALM processes, workflows, and tool usage. Provide recommendations on enhancements, automation, or integrations to optimize efficiency and productivity. Collaborate with internal teams to advocate for client needs and contribute to the evolution and enhancement of the ALM tools and platforms.• Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, fostering trust and confidence in the support provided. • Network Management: Design, implement, and maintain local area networks (LANs), wide area networks (WANs), and other network segments• Configure routers, switches, firewalls, and VPNs to ensure secure and reliable network connectivity• Monitor network performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize network capacity and reliability• Install, configure, and manage server operating systems, including Windows Server, Linux, or Unix• Ensure system backups are performed regularly and conduct data recovery when necessary• Implement and maintain system security measures, including firewalls, antivirus software, and intrusion detection systems• Perform regular maintenance and upgrades on network and system hardware and software components• Diagnose and resolve hardware and software failures and conflicts• Provide technical support to end-users for network and system-related issues• Implement and enforce network and system security policies and procedures• Monitor systems for potential security breaches or unauthorized access attempts• Plan and implement disaster recovery measures and backup strategies.
