Created documents to serve as resources to taxpayers regarding various tax types. These included fact sheets, brochures, videos, and web content. Implemented and managed an email subscription list with over 1,200 subscribers for periodic updates from the Department. Responsible for tracking tax-related proposals and monitoring daily committee hearings during the legislative session. Assisted the Lead Tax Education Specialist in crafting outreach and media plans for various outreach campaigns.

Engaged 45 residential students in discussing their interests and developing standards of behavior for the community. Taught listening, clear communication and conflict management skills to roommates with challenges. Collaborated with other staff members in developing programs to be attended by the 250 students of the complex, working with a budget and preparing appropriate advertising. Assisted the RD in tasks as assigned, specifically working together when staff members resigned or left the staff. Acted as a liaison between the RD and resident advisors, often acting as a point person for questions pertaining to the job to ensure only important questions were forwarded to the RD. Scheduled nightly duty shifts for the eleven RAs on the staff.
